If you receive your Product and discover that it is not what you purchased or is somehow faulty please get in toch via our contact page and tell us about it so we can get you sorted with either a refund or a replacement as soon as possible!

Unfortunately once you have placed your order we do not offer a Refund if you change your mind. 

Delivery timeframes are only aproximates and sometimes it is out of our control when shipments are delayed, If you feel your shipment has exceeded the reasonable time frame please reach out via our contact page or email.
